  • Fir and pine are to be preferred to restore energy, strength and hope to the pregnant woman.

  • Linden is preferable for the expectant mother who needs to feel protected, surrounded by sweetness and tranquility.

 

Touch strengthens the closeness to the tree, which is a living being. The tactile aspect allows the parallel tree-mother / mother-child. This is a great exercise to strengthen contact with you. the unborn child. Breathing, meditation and stretching exercises in the trees promote blood circulation and oxygenation.
