1. Write an email tosecretariat@ forestbathingcsen.it to indicate your intention to subscribe, attaching your CV and a letter of motivation

2. Sign up for the course by registering on the CSEN SportData platform

3. Complete the registration with the payment of the first fee

4. Completed the operations, you canlog into to the CSEN SportData online training platform to start the first self-learning module

5. Synchronous online lessons will also start in September according to the calendar available in July
