The group of up to 18 participants will be accompanied by the CSEN national manager and some teachers of the national sector specializing in the various disciplines of Forest Bathing.

Program:
9 am registration of participants 
9.30 am self-survey (optional) and Forest Bathing session briefing 
10. Start of the Forest Bathing session in the woods near the farm with a visit to the waterfall on an easy route for everyone   (even disabled if accompanied).
1.00 pm Return and surveys after session for self-check improvement of psychophysical conditions. 
Lunch by reservation only at www.autosufficienza.it with a cost of € 18  
3 pm - visit to the botanical garden of the farm with Giulia
16.30 - conference on Forest Bathing and the immune system by  Dr. Simona Lanfredini
5.30 pm - refreshment and greetings. 

NB: Since this is an outdoor event in nature with a non-binding walk of about 2 hours on an easy path, no certificates of good health are required for sports fitness and / or Green Pass, however, a suitable health condition is required for a hilly route mixed.
