Two days of training and experience to learn the tools of Forest Bathing for well-being .

With the presence of the national head of training and the Forest Bathing sector CSEN Andrea Mariotti and the online interventions in the classroom of the national Diploma teachers in self-learning on the e-learning platform CSEN / SPORTDATA see www.forestbathingcsen.it/diplomanazionale

All adults with a CSEN card can enroll in the course both for experience alone and as a test in the presence of the CSEN qualification diploma to accompany groups in the forest.

 

All participants will receive a certificate of participation for 18 hours valid for Forest Bathing CSEN training purposes.

Maximum number of participants 18 - minimum 9. 

Registration closes on 25 October and in case of cancellation the tuition fee of € 100 for all two days, including teaching material and the local guide of the excursion on Sunday, will be fully reimbursed by the Etnea Holistic Association which will receive the registrations and the fees to the training and experiential event . 

 

The teaching fee does not include room and board.

Environmental training support guide on Sunday:

Dario Magnifico:  Graduated in Environmental and Natural Sciences at the University of Catania with a scientific thesis concerning the extraordinary 'Hypothesis of Gaia' by Lovelock  e for 3 years he has been working as an Environmental Hiking Guide (certified at European level) currently collaborating with two tour operators who create hiking tours mainly to visit and scientifically understand the magnificence of Etna. He collaborates with AISA (Italian association of environmental sciences) for environmental education projects aimed at the very young of Italian schools.

SATURDAY

classroom session: 10.00-12.30 

lunch: 13.00-14.00 

Following: surveysanonymous of biophysical and somatic parameters with   compilation of questionnaires before the Forest Bathing session.

 

Afternoon:

Forest Bathing in the woods around the structure (about 2 km) until 6.00 pm

8.00 pm dinner 

9.00 pm movies on Forest Bathing 

10.00 pm end. 

 

SUNDAY

8.30 am breakfast 

9.30 am start of the excursion (with packed lunch prepared by the structure)  

16.00 return
